CUTTING MACHINE

Cuts textile waste into desired sizes to prepare them for garnett machine, pre-opener, or shifanoz machines.
Operates with 1 fixed and 2 rotary blades.
Cutting dimensions can be adjusted using speed control devices on the conveyor and discharge belts.
Depending on the product to be cut, it works with an average capacity of 1250-1500 kg per hour.
Uses 2 cutting blades to maintain the highest cutting quality. Installed power: 22kW.

Main Shaft: The main part where the rotary cutting blades are mounted and rotates at high speed.
Cutting Blades: Hardness can be adjusted according to the type of material.
Feeding System: Delivers the material to the cutting area properly and at constant speed.
Bearings and Bushings: Facilitates movement and reduces wear.
Pressure Rollers: Presses the material against the blades to ensure clean cutting.
Drive Motor: Provides the machine's movement and adjusts cutting speed.
Control Panel and Electronic Systems: Controls cutting speed, feeding speed and pressure force.
Safety System: Includes sensors and protective parts to ensure user safety.
